IP Ownership Terms

1. Contributor-Owned IP
Contributors retain full ownership of pre-existing IP. Sharing or disclosing such IP on the platform does not transfer ownership unless otherwise agreed.

2. Collaborative IP
For IP created through collaboration, ownership will be determined by contribution agreements between team members. The EonCanvas Platform will not claim ownership but retains rights for commercializing successful ideas.

3. Rights to Use
All contributors grant the EonCanvas Platform the right to use their submitted IP for the purpose of evaluating, developing, and potentially commercializing it.

4. Commercialization of IP
Contributors whose ideas are commercialized will receive recognition and potential profit sharing as per agreements made prior to commercialization.
